Position: HR Executive-IT

Educational Criteria: Graduate (BCA preferred)- If other graduation, should be comfortable with IT Terms


  • A minimum of one year in a Recruitment Consultancy
  • Should be able to understand the technical terms of recruitment
  • Should have worked in various technical positions in IT recruitment

Mandatory Requirement: The candidate has to sign a commitment agreement for one year

Job Location: Nagpur

Roles and responsibility:

  • Work on the recruitment delivery of all the positions from IT clients of MKP IT Services.
  • Define the job description and communicate the same in the public domain appropriately as well as with the potential candidates
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process which includes telephonic/ physical HR interviews
  • Leverage social media & digital tools to source, engage and manage candidates
  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their context, hiring needs, and specific requirements for each position
  • Present shortlisted candidates to the client in a compelling manner
  • Coordinate with the client SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting cycle for each mandate
  • Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create a backup
  • Follow an end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Maintain CRM on a daily basis
